Your penis is shrinking.
Whether you’re committing some kind of “lifestyle sin” like smoking, or fapping too much to hard-core porn, or you’re just getting older, your penis is getting a little smaller every day.
But you can stop or reverse the shrinkage, even when it’s caused by something permanent like aging.
It should come as no surprise to you that testosterone is a big part of your erectile and sexual health, and that low testosterone is a main cause of penile atrophy.
In fact, it’s the main mechanic behind age-related atrophy. This is true for a lot of reasons, one or all of which could be at work in your body right now:

Even though you’re a man, your body needs some estrogen to properly function…but it should be in balance with your testosterone.
If your body is producing more estrogen than it should, given your testosterone output, this can directly accelerate many of the processes responsible for penile atrophy (2).
Think of it like a one-two punch.
Boosting your testosterone is good (it’s like that strong overhand right), but works better if you’re softening things up by lowering estrogen at the same time (that’s the jab to set them up for the knockout punch).

The hormonal, chemical methods suggested above are solid methods for reversing penile atrophy.
You can also apply physical techniques to grow the size of your penis using a penis pump.
A penis pump fills your penis with more blood than would go there under your current body systems acting alone.
This benefits your penis size two ways.
It pumps blood through the tissues there faster and harder than has happened for a while.
This floods your junk with nutrients, and helps wash out arterial plaque.
Your member gets healthier blood flow, which makes your erections stronger.
That extra blood flow also stretches the tissues in your penis. Over time, this means they can expand further than they could before.
More expansion means a larger penis when you’re fully erect. If your penis has been shrinking, this is the most direct method you can use to reverse that trend.
I’m not going to give you “short version” directions for this. Penis pumps are safe and easy to use, but each has slight differences for using it best.

Most penile atrophy is caused either by compromised circulatory health, low testosterone, high estrogen, or a combination of the three.
A wide range of supplements treat those conditions, which by extension then improve penis size by reversing penile atrophy.

While you’re supplementing your diet, keep an eye on the main courses of your meals. A few quick changes to your menu planning can yield similar results.
Foods to avoid include: flax seeds, soy and hoppy beer.
Foods to eat more of include: oysters, garlic, spinach, egg yolk, red meat (especially grass-fed beef), pomegranates, fatty fish, onions.

It’s too much to take on, too soon. You’ll wind up half-assing it and/or giving up when it gets too hard.

Then Own it. See what happens. When it’s just another one of your habits, add on another.
When it’s automatic, add another.
Keep piling on like that until you’re penis is in the shape and size that makes you happy.
