Interested in seeing some Penis Extender Studies, for proof that these devices actually work?

Then read on…

Numerous studies from all over the world have demonstrated consistently that penis extenders can increase length, and girth and also fix a curvature of the penis.

Even with micropenises.

For example…

Penis Extender Study Number 1:

Jaitong University (Shanghai, China), 2005.

Dr. Z. Lee and his team at the Reni Hospital Medical College tested 30 subjects between 16 and 70 years old who complained of small penises, but not necessarily the medical condition called “micropenis.”

Subjects wore a penis extender for nine hours daily over the course of three months. For the first month, they came in for checkups and refitting every week, then every other week for the remainder of the study.

At the beginning of the study, the average penis among subjects was 7.1 cm (2.79 in) long flaccid, 8.3 cm (3.26 in) erect. The average perimeter was 6.3 cm (2.48 in) flaccid and 8.1 cm erect (3.18 in).

After three months, 13 subjects had quit the study for various reasons, though none reported ineffectiveness as one of those reasons.

Of those left, the average flaccid length had grown by 2.1 cm (.82 in) and erect length by 3 cm (1.18 in). Flaccid perimeter had grown by 1.8 cm (.7 in), with erect perimeters averaging 1.9 cm (.74 in) larger.

Bottom Line: growth of just shy of one inch after three months of penile extender use isn’t just possible. It’s the norm.

Penis Extender Study Number 2:

Sao Paolo Hospital (Turin, Italy), 2009 (source)

Dr. Paolo Gontera led a study through the University of Turin examining the effects of penis extenders on men complaining of small penises.

The 16 subjects had an average flaccid length of 7.15 cm (2.81 in), and an average erect length of 9.62 (3.78 in) cm at the beginning of the study. Each wore a penis extender every day for 6.5 hours on average, varying between 3-9 hours on any given day.

At the end of the six-month study, average penis length increased by 1.8 cm (.7 in). What’s more, every single participant experienced at least a 0.5 cm (.2 in) gain.

They also saw improvements in erectile function (a 36% improvement on a self-reported scale of 0-30). The study didn’t measure how or why, but it’s likely this came from increased confidence while being seen naked.

Bottom Line: This study doesn’t just demonstrate that your penis will grow with regular extension work. It proves that it willgrow if you put in the time.

Penis Extender Study Number 3:

Clinical Study (Moscow, Russia), 2005 (source)

A team of five doctors combined a patient pool from their personal practices. This study focused on micropenises. This is a rare condition occurring in only 0.6 percent of men, defined as a penis of 7.6 cm (3 in) or shorter when fully erect.

The doctors first treated 50 test subjects with testosterone therapy. This was necessary because micropenises are too small to fit into a penis extender. Once gains from the hormone therapy were stabilized, they moved on to penis extenders.

Subjects wore a penis extender four hours daily for six months. After that period, the average penis length among patients had grown by 6.5 cm (2.55 in). That’s a 2 ½ inch gain. About 2.5 cm (1 in) of that gain had been recorded prior to the extender period.

Bottom Line: Penis extension works even for men with penises so small it’s a medical condition. It also suggests that the smaller the penis, the greater the potential gain.

Penis Extender Study Number 4:

Sina Hospital (Tehran, Iran), 2010 (source)

Research at the Urology Research Center at Tehran University of Medical sciences measured the efficacy of penis extending.

The team examined 23 men complaining of “short penis.” Again, this was of normal men who perceived their penises as small, as opposed to men with micropenises or other medical conditions. The men ranged in age from 18 to 34.

At the beginning of the research, the subjects’ penis length was 8.8 cm (3.46 in) on average flaccid, and 11.5 cm (4.52 in) erect.

The men wore a penis extender for 4-6 hours daily for two weeks, then for 9 hours per day for an additional 10 weeks. They came in for measuring and checkups at the end of the first and third months of the study.

After the first month of treatment, the average gain was 1.3 cm (0.5 in) for flaccid penis length and 0.9 cm (.35 in) for erect length. At the end of the study, lengths were on average 1.7 cm (0.66 in) greater flaccid and erect. There were no significant improvements in girth.

Bottom Line: Using a penis extender regularly will make your penis longer. Wearing it for a longer period of time will increase how much longer your penis gets.

Penis Extender Study Number 5:

Canadian Journal of Phalloplasty (Toronto, Canada), 2009

A partnership study conducted by Canadian Journal of Phalloplasty and the labs at X4, tested devices on 21 patients between 18 and 65 years of age.

They conducted the study in an attempt to support the idea of penis extenders as a viable alternative to penis enlargement surgery.

Sixteen of the patients wore a penis extender for 6-8 hours each day for a period of five months. The other five had to drop out for medical or personal reasons.

Penis size increased for every subject who completed the course of treatment.

The average growth in length was 32%. The average growth in girth was 36%. In patients who suffered from abnormal curve or other shape, correction for the abnormality was also observed by the researchers.

Further, participants reported an increase of 36% in erection strength. Maybe most important, none of the subjects lost those gains in the months following the study’s completion.

Bottom Line: penis growth of up to one-third original size can be expected from wearing a penis extender for half a year…and those gains are permanent.

Penis Extender Study Number 6:

Clinical Trial (Chicago, Illinois), 2008

Three doctors – Laurence Levine, Mark Newell, and Frederick Taylor – all concerned with Peyronie’s disease, tested ten men for the effectiveness of penis extension to treat one of its symptoms.

Peyronie’s disease impacts the tissue fibers in the penis causing scarring in uneven patches around your organ. Because scar tissue is less elastic than healthy tissue, this causes smaller erections and oddly shaped penis while erect.

All ten subjects not only suffered from disfigurement, but nine of them had failed previous therapies. At the beginning, the researchers measured curvature and girth, along with erectile function for each participant.

The subjects of the study wore the FastSize brand penile extender for 2-8 hours per day for six months.

Throughout this period, they underwent a physical examination including measuring length, curvature, and girth in areas that were previously narrowed by their condition.

After six months, the subjects saw a reduction in penis curvature of 10-40 degrees and experienced growth in flaccid penis length of 1-2.5 cm (0.4 in – 1 in).

They also reported improvements in penis shape, though the research did not find significant improvements in quality of life metrics.

Bottom line: a penis extender can be an effective nonsurgical treatment even for penises affected by serious medical disorders.

Baylor College of Medicine (Houston, Texas), 2010

A team led by Dr. Mohit Khera of the Scott Department of Urology worked with a single patient who was dissatisfied with the length of his penile prosthesis placement surgery.

The patient, who is not named, had suffered from erectile dysfunction after having his prostate removed. A penile prosthesis was implanted in his member to treat the ED, but he was unhappy with the length of his erections.

The team used two different physical penis extension methods. First, one year of twice daily sessions with a vacuum erection device for ten minutes each. That was followed by eight hours in a penis extender daily for eight months.

At the end of the treatment, they also implanted a new, longer prosthetic implant.

After six months with a penis extender, the patient’s penis had grown by 2.3 cm (0.9 in). This allowed for an implant 20% longer than the initial implant, for an erect length gain of 4.4 cm (1.73 in). The patient reported more partner satisfaction after the run of treatment.

Bottom line: using a penis extender can work alongside other methods for lengthening a penis. This is true even with radical cases of damaged penises or surgery that causes sexual problems.

Scandinavian Clinic of Plastic Surgery (Copenhagen, Denmark), 1998

In another clinical trial aimed at comparing penis extension devices vs. penis enlargement, Danish researchers worked with 18 men between the ages of 23 and 47. All complained of small penises, and were candidates for enlargement surgery.

Rather than undergoing surgery, the subjects wore a penis extender device. They wore the extender 12 hours each day, seven days a week. The researchers checked health and flaccid length every week for a total of 6 months.

The average subject saw growth of 1.9 mm (.07 in) in length with each week of using the extender. Six months after beginning, the increase in length was 5 cm (2 in). That’s the largest result on a subject without a medically small penis, but then it was also one of the most aggressive courses of treatment.

Bottom Line: the more you put into your penis extension regimen, the better results you will get out of it. This method is not for people who won’t work for what they want.

Patient Trial (Madrid, Spain), 2013.

A team of eight urologists conducted trials on a group of 55 patients who suffered from abnormally curved penises. During the same time period, they conducted measurements on a control group of 42 patients who did not receive any active treatment.

All of the subjects were measured for length, girth, and curvature at the beginning of the trial. They were also measured for erectile function and hardness, using an international index scale for both.

The 55 actively treated patients used a penis extension device daily for nine months. The control group did not undergo any penis shape or size treatment of any kind.

At the end of the study, those patients who underwent treatment saw an average decrease in curvature of 18 degrees after six months, and 20 degrees at nine months. All experienced an improvement in erectile function and hardness.

At the beginning of the study, 62% of the subjects were not able to penetrate a sexual partner due to length or curvature of their penis. By the nine-month mark, that percentage had dropped to 20%.

Bottom line: penile extension devices don’t just fix problems with size. They can help fine-tune the shape and function of your member.

Warnings and Indications

Almost all of the studies reported no significant side effects at any point during the studies and clinical trials. However, a few warnings and best practices did pop up.

  • It’s not comfortable. Using a penis extender doesn’t hurt, and doesn’t do actual damage if done right…but it’s about as comfortable as a gentle muscle stretch. Some study participants weren’t able to keep at it for multiple hours every day.
  • Don’t use if you have wounds. Some research was conducted on post-operative patients. In all cases, never use a penis extender on a damaged penis. It will slow healing and can worsen the wound. Wait for all injuries to be completely healed.
  • Never sleep with it on. Sleeping with a penis extender on can cause permanent damage to the tissues in your penis, and interfere with healthy blood flow. Only use while awake, so you can adjust and encourage blood flow periodically.

Penis Extender Studies – Conclusion:

The bad news is, penis extenders won’t turn you into a 10 inch monster overnight.

Here’s the good news we’ve learned from penis extender studies:

  • Regularly and properly using a penis extender will definitely enlarge your penis
  • That growth is reliable across multiple populations and age groups
  • The growth from penis extender use is permanent
  • Other gains in erectile function and penis shape can happen as a “side benefit” to penis growth

Penis extenders aren’t for everybody. They require a commitment of time and attention, and you should use them regularly for months to get the best benefits.

But if you can manage that, a larger penis is almost certainly in your future.
