The world of male enhancement has grown by leaps and bounds in the past decade or so.

Thanks to a surge in research and a number of discoveries regarding enlargement techniques and supplements…

More men than ever are finding an easy, effective, and affordable road to increasing the size of their penis.

But that doesn’t mean that everything works.

In this article, we’re going to talk about using Black Seed Oil.

Specifically, we’re going to talk about why using black seed oil for male enhancement is a really bad idea.

What is Black Seed Oil?

black-seed-oil-plant

BSO is an extract of the Nigella sativa plant, which is native to Southwest Asia.

The seeds are bitter and somewhat spicy, and the extract is commonly used in both Indian and Middle Eastern cooking.

What’s more, the plant and its various components are thought to have powerful health benefits.

Indeed, black seed oil is recognized as a powerful antioxidant, thanks largely to a chemical called thymoquinone.

It is also claimed to be effective at treating hypertension, diabetes, arthritis, inflammation, and more, though studies have yet to confirm these assertions.

Cons of Black Seed Oil for Male Enhancement

Recently, BSA has enjoyed some fame as a potential contributor to male enhancement.

Like many other unproven “cure-alls,” rumors have mostly been confined to message boards and online discussion groups.

However, that’s not to say that there hasn’t been plenty of scientific study regarding black seed oil and its potential benefits.

A randomized, double-blind study discovered that it contains a substance known as β-sitosterol (or beta-sitosterol).

Found in many plants, beta-sitosterol is a potent DHT blocker as well as a 5-α-reductase inhibitor (source).

If you’ve been paying attention to male enhancement research, you might recognize DHT as standing for dihydrotestosterone.

You might also realize that lowering one’s DHT levels is pretty much the last thing a man looking to increase the size of his penis would want to do.

You see, a low DHT state is largely associated with low levels of dopamine, high levels of estrogen, high cortisol, and hypothyroidism.

Even with a grade-school knowledge of chemistry, you can start putting two and two together to see why taking BSO is a bad idea.

You see, because it acts as a 5-α-reductase inhibitor, black seed oil works similarly to the hair-loss and prostate drugs Finasteride, Proscar, and Propecia.

And if you haven’t heard, these drugs all come with a laundry list of sex-related side effects (source).

To name a few:

  • Decreased libido
  • Ejaculatory dysfunction
  • Erectile dysfunction
  • Lower volume of ejaculate
  • Depression (which exacerbates all of the above)

Of course, if you’re trying to grow your penis, you need your sex organs and hormones to be in tip-top shape.

Moreover, you are also likely trying to increase your sex drive, ejaculatory volume, and the overall quality of your erections.

Lastly, high estrogen (which is associated with a low DHT state) can reduce sperm production and make it more difficult for your body to produce healthy sperm.

However, there’s even more to DHT than you realize…

Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) and Male Enhancement

You see, there’s actually a pretty good argument to be made that DHT is the single most potent penile enhancement ingredient on Earth.

In fact, DHT is frequently used to treat men who suffer from a condition known as a “micropenis.”

This is an extremely small penis size (usually under 3” erect) resulting from a hormonal imbalance.

Moreover, in many such cases, scientists found that young men with undersized genitalia often lacked an enzyme necessary to convert their testosterone into DHT (source).

This means that DHT is not only the treatment for their condition, but a lack of it was likely the cause as well.

From a penile enlargement standpoint

It should seem incredibly counterproductive (even reckless) to consider lowering your DHT for any reason.

That said, there are a few arguments to be made for lowering DHT.

Specifically, I’m talking about the fact that high levels of DHT are associated with hair loss.

Now, it is true that high levels of DHT, when combined with a male-pattern baldness gene and elevated estrogen levels, can result in scalp hair loss.

However, if you were to possess the genetic propensity for hair loss, odds are your DHT levels won’t matter one bit in the end.

What I’m saying is: you’re likely going to lose your hair anyway. Blame your mother’s father and get on with your life.

Now, let’s talk about the positives. After all, there is a lot to love about DHT.

Think of it as the bigger, stronger brother to your regular testosterone.

In fact, once you see the many benefits that DHT provides, a small chance of losing your hair will seem well-worth the risk.

For instance:

  • DHT is essential to growing body hair, including helping you grow, maintain, and thicken your beard and mustache.
  • The administration of DHT has allowed many men to improve their mood, confidence, and energy levels.
  • Though regular testosterone can end up being converted into estrogen thanks to an enzyme known as aromatase, DHT cannot.
  • DHT helps you burn fat faster while also improving your thyroid function.
  • DHT and testosterone are responsible for literally all common masculine characteristics. These include physical features like a wide jaw, hairy chest, or broad shoulders.
  • DHT is linked to increased GABA-levels in your brain. This gives you a more “alpha” personality type and keeps you cool in tense situations.
  • Lastly, DHT is the main androgen present in your sex organs. When it comes to erection quality and libido, DHT is king.

In the end, taking a DHT-inhibitor like black seed oil in an effort to grow your penis would be like eating a pizza diet in the hopes of getting a six-pack.

Sorry – the scientific evidence proves it simply won’t work.

At the same time, lowering your DHT risks inhibiting many of the characteristics that make you a man.

Lucky for you, I can also use science to outline an alternative enlargement plan.

One that actually works without suppressing a key hormone your body needs for a healthy, large penis.

Black Seed Oil Alternative for Male Enhancement

vitamins

Your penis, like any other part of your body, needs very specific things in order to operate at full potential.

Similarly, as you’ve just learned, things that interfere with your penis’s proper operation will have unwanted sexual side effects.

Black seed oil is one such example.

So, what do you take to get your penis primed and ready for growth?

Simple.

You take inexpensive, over the counter vitamins that support optimal penile health.

More specifically…

You take vitamins that have been proven to contribute to bigger, better erections, faster growth, and increased sex drive.

Then, you back that up with penile exercises that enlarge your member while cementing your gains (more on this below).

For instance:

Vitamin D3 and K2 for Male Enhancement

Not long ago, a medical study performed by a team of American doctors confirmed…

That high doses of these two vitamins had the potential to significantly increase the girth and length of a man’s penis.

Indeed, most of the study’s participants reported an average girth increase of 0.523” and an average length increase of 0.46” in just three-to-six months.

But there were more benefits too.

Unlike blackseed oil, many of the men taking these vitamins reported having harder erections, and tests showed increased levels of testosterone and sperm production.

Moreover, these men saw improved elasticity in their arteries, which you might recognize as being integral to increasing the size of your penis.

Penile Exercises and Stretching

Now, not everyone wants to hang their penis growth potential on two vitamins alone. Luckily, you don’t have to.

For decades now, the penis enlargement community has been quietly observing the effects of various stretching exercises to improve the size of one’s member.

These techniques have already helped countless men…

And when done properly can contribute to far more impressive growth than with supplements like black seed oil.

Jelqing is perhaps the most well-known exercise for enlarging your penis.

Put simply: it involves moving blood through your member in order to expand the hundreds of small chambers that hold blood when your penis is erect.

Many men have reported significant results from utilizing this technique, and it can be performed easily and safely in your own home.

If you’re particularly serious about increasing your penis size, you might also consider investing in an extender

These are the same devices used to treat men with micropenises (along with DHT) but they are by no means limited to those with a 3”, 4”, or even 5” penis.

Indeed, men of all sizes have enjoyed substantial growth thanks to extenders, and they remain an option for anyone who wants to see long-term results.

Conclusion:

Ultimately, you have to understand that black seed oil is no “magic bullet” when it comes to penis enlargement.

If someone tells you it is, they are more than likely trying to sell you something.

However, that doesn’t mean that you can’t increase your penis size with the right training regimen, the proper supplements, and a little bit of “hard” work.

In the end, it’s about giving your body what it needs and encouraging it to help you be the best man you can be.
