The 10 Laws of RAPID Growth!
If you’re a penis enlargement beginner….
You and I are going to find out in the next few minutes if you’ve got what it takes to achieve substantial penile growth.
Here’s how…
If you take the time to read this entire blog post from top to bottom and really wrap your brain around the information…
You will pass with an A plus.
I say this because I’ve seen a clear trend on the penis enlargement forums…
Where beginners who go into penis enlargement with a Clear Plan always achieve substantial growth.
On the other hand…
Enlargement beginners without much of a plan always seem to fade away without achieving much.
Now here’s the deal…
If you commit to reading (this rather long) blog post and you make it to the very end….
You can pat yourself on the back, because you fall directly into the Man With A Plan category.
And a man with a plan rairly fails.
Let’s get started…
Penis Enlargement for Beginners: Part One
First, I want to make one thing completely clear. If you put in the effort and you are very consistent…
Your penis WILL grow in size!
This isn’t some late-night TV mumbo jumbo. It’s not some “magic pill” advertisement in the dark corners of the internet.
We’re talking about real results that have been achieved by men from all over the world using time-tested, medically-sound techniques.
Now, you may be unsure about how penis enlargement works and how one goes about getting started.
To that point, we have constructed this detailed guide aimed specifically at You, the penis enlargement beginner.
In this guide, we’ll help you understand the mechanics behind penis growth.
Then, we’ll show you how to establish your size properly, and give you a step-by-step formula for achieving results.
But first, we’re going to prove to you that the size of your penis definitely can be changed.
We’re going to focus on penis extenders in this section because this method has has been studied by medical professionals the most.
Penis Extender Studies: What The Science Says
There are men out there who suffer from an actual medical condition known as a “micropenis.”
These men are not small in a “not-a-porn-star” sense.
Instead, due to hormonal abnormalities, they have an erect penile length of around 3” inches or less.
Again, this is a medical condition – not the same genetic roll of the dice that determines whether or not you’ll have a 5″ penis or an 8″ one.
So why am I mentioning this?
Because medical conditions get medical research AND medical solutions.
Specifically, micropenises are treated with a medically designed enlargement device known as a “penis extender.”
So, while science isn’t really concerned about your perfectly average 5″ penis, it is concerned with the guy who was born with unusually small micropenis.
Luckily, the medical community’s solutions for the latter can be effectively utilized for the former.
(This means You)
Indeed, several major studies have already been conducted on the effects of penis extenders on men with small, but still normal sized penises.
For instance:
Penis Extender Study, 2005. Jaitong University, China
In this study, a team led by Dr. Z. Lee tested some 30 subjects who had small penises, but not micropenises.
These men wore a penis extender for three months, arriving for checkups every other week.
After this time, it was discovered that the average flaccid length of these individuals had increased by 0.82 inches.
The average erect length had increased by 0.74 inches.
All achieved in only 90 days.
Penis Extender Study, 2009. Turin, Italy
A study led by Dr. Paolo Gontera worked with 16 subjects who complained of having a small penis.
The subjects were instructed to wear penis extenders for a period of six months.
Upon completion, the participants had grown an average of 0.7 inches.
This is just two examples in which the solutions for treating a micropenis were applied to men with small, but still normal genitalia.
As you can see, the results speak for themselves.
Now that these studies have been published, penis enlargement has become less fanciful and more rooted in proper technique and discipline.

Penis Enlargement Beginner Routines
So, here’s the deal…
The penis is an amazing organ. Perhaps the most amazing thing about it is that it is specifically designed to grow.
And while there are many naysayers out there who tell you that you need to be satisfied with “what you were born with,” science is proving that this is not the case.
However, enlargement isn’t something that you can just jump into. It takes preparation, planning, and – most importantly – consistent effort to see results.
On top of that, you need to be doing the right things and harnessing the right, proven techniques.
You also have to make sure that you’re paying attention to what your body is telling you to avoid doing damage to your penile tissue.
Think of getting into penis enlargement as your first trip to the gym.
Sure, you can use the machines and lift some weights and maybe see some results.
But the guys that have a dedicated routine, are taking protein supplements, and are targeting specific muscle groups will bulk up much faster.
Why?
Because they’ve put the time in to figure out what works and what doesn’t.
In the steps below…
We’ve taken the most important information on penis enlargement and condensed it into 10 Laws of Rapid Growth for beginners.
This isn’t just your introduction to the subject – it will be your Bible as you go through the process.
Penis Enlargement Beginner- The 10 Laws Of Rapid Growth
Law #1: Select Your Routine Wisely
The two best approaches for penis enlargement beginners can be broken down into two techniques: jelqing / stretching and extending.
Jelqing is a manual exercise that involves squeezing and massaging the penis to force blood into both the shaft and tip.
This helps encourage the many chambers that make up your penis to fill with blood and expand.
In time, this helps increase the size of your package.
As we mentioned above, extending involves wearing a device designed to stretch the tissues of your penis.
This causes micro tears that force the tissue to grow longer and thicker as they heal.
This is, again, nearly identical to the strategy used when increasing the size of your muscles.
Now, for beginners, I tend to recommend manual exercises.
These cost you nothing but time, whereas an extender will require an initial investment.
That said, were I to start from scratch again, I would probably jump straight into extending due to my personal preferences.
Penile Jelqing
Jelqing has been proven effective, providing you stick to a consistent schedule.
However, this means taking some responsibility and committing to doing the work.
You’ll have to perform sessions regularly, measure your results, and keep up with what’s going on downstairs to avoid injuring yourself.
If you’re disciplined and good at sticking to things, this could be the best option for you.
Another reason to opt for manual stretching over extending is if you lack the privacy or time to extend effectively at home.
However, if you’re the type of person that tends to procrastinate, you might want to go with a more passive option.
You can find a step-by-step guide to wet jelqing here and dry jelqing here.
Penile Extending
While it’s the passive approach to penis enlargement when compared to jelqing, extending isn’t a totally set it and forget it situation.
You need to take it off every hour or so and massage your member.
You also can’t just jump to wearing an extender six hours a day.
You need to give yourself some time to adjust to what the device is attempting to do.
That said, once you gain some experience with the device you will get the point where you strap in and get on with your day.
If you work from home, live alone or can find a few hours of privacy a day to use an extender, this may be the best option for you.

PE Beginner Law #2: Measure Your Penis Carefully
There’s hardly a man alive that hasn’t measured his penis at some point.
However, did you know there is a right way (and about 1000 wrong ways) to do so?
While measuring might seem like a waste of time, it’s very important to the enlargement process.
After all, how are you supposed to know what’s working and what isn’t if you can’t accurately measure results?
How To Measure Length
The most accurate method of measuring your penis is the “Bone Pressed Method.”
To do it correctly, you must stand up or lie down while keeping your body as straight as possible.
Then follow the steps below:
- Relax all of your muscles, particularly those in your legs, butt, and core. Avoid engaging your kegels, as these will affect the reading.
- Grip your penis in one hand using your thumb and two fingers. Try to grab just beneath the glans.
- Do not stretch your penis. Instead, hold it straight. Then angle your penis out, 90 degrees from your body.
- Place a ruler along your shaft, just above the penis.
- Press the base of the ruler into your pelvis until it touches your pubic bone. This will help minimize variables from the skin and tissue above your penis.
- Record your measurement.
How To Measure Girth
To properly measure girth, you’ll want to be fully erect.
There are far too many variations in girth when dealing with a flaccid penis.
So, work up a full erection using any method you choose, then follow the steps below:
- Stand or lie down while keeping your body as straight as possible. Do not flex any muscles, just as when measuring your length.
- Take a tailors’ tape measure and place it at the base of your penis.
- Using one hand to hold the tape in place, take your second hand and wrap the tape around your shaft. Be sure to keep it snug.
- Record your measurement, then repeat these steps at the midpoint of your erection and then just behind your glans.
Now, there are a couple of things you want to remember when performing these measurements.
Namely, you want to be particularly aware of consistency.
For instance, the time of day, the temperature of the room, the type of ruler you use, and even your body position can affect the measurements.
So, keep detailed notes about when, where, and how you last measured, then try to recreate those conditions every time afterward.
I also want to note that it’s important that you don’t measure yourself too frequently.
This is because enlargement is, pardon the expression, a “long game.”
By this, I mean that it takes time to see results.
If you start measuring yourself every day, you might get discouraged and quit before you accomplish anything.
In my opinion, you should put in six months’ worth of effort before you pick up the ruler again.
By this time, you’ll likely see results that will encourage you to keep up your efforts.
PE Beginner Law #3: Set a Reasonable Goal
One of the easiest ways to identify a BS enlargement scam is that they promise you tremendous growth in a short amount of time.
This is simply not how the human body works.
To make matters worse, developing these sorts of expectations will only demoralize you when you start measuring your results.
In my experience, growing an inch in length in the first 12 months is a perfectly reasonable goal.
Just remember that every single person is different.
Some men might achieve this easily, while others might need a bit more time.
That said, if you set a goal of one inch, but fall an 8th of an inch short, you’ve still achieved something very impressive.
And all you’ll need to do is stay with it a bit longer and you’ll eventually hit your target.
Law #4: Avoid Injury at All Costs
There are two main goals for every enlargement routine.
The first, as you might expect, is to grow bigger.
The second, however, is to do whatever you need to avoid injury.
You see, while growing your penis is perfectly safe when done correctly, it can result in injury should you become over-enthusiastic or fail to take the proper precautions.
A great example of this is what is known as “overtraining.”
You see, the enlargement process involves two major steps: stretching the penis (creating micro-tears) and allowing those micro-tears to heal.
Overtraining is what happens when you don’t let the second step take place.
It is often the result of trying to push past a plateau or training too hard in an effort to achieve quick gains.
Either way, it is a step backward, not forwards.
But while overtraining is serious, actual injuries are far more concerning.
In fact, a significant injury can take you out of the game for weeks or even months.
This might not only cause you to lose some of your gains, but it might do permanent damage to the quality of your erections.
Penis Enlargement Beginners – How to Avoid Injury
I keep coming back to the gym / muscle-building metaphor for a reason.
It’s mainly because nearly every rule that applies to a full-body workout applies to a penile one.
This is especially true when it comes to avoiding injury. For instance:
Always Warm Up
One of the top reasons men injure themselves during enlargement is that they don’t properly warm up.
This means preparing your penile tissue to be stretched. It is not only essential to avoiding injury, but to the growth process itself.
Go Slow
It’s unfortunate, but we’ve lost a lot of our ability to be patient as a society.
We want instant results, and we sometimes get particularly frustrated when we don’t get them.
But if you want to avoid enlargement-related injuries, going slow and steady is essential.
Stay in Control
Design a routine that works for you and stick to it.
No extra jelqs. No additional exercises. No sleeping with the extender on.
These random decisions are most likely to result in injury.
Before an injury takes place, your body will most likely give you signals.
You might feel a bit of pain. You might see some bruising or a broken blood vessel in your shaft.
Let your body guide you.
Beginners Signs of Penile Injury
There are specific signs you need to be looking for if you want to avoid penile injury.
While they will differ from person to person, you should generally be looking for any of the following:
- Sharp Pain – Any sensation of pain is bad, but a sharp or shooting pain is almost always indicative of injury.
- Sore Skin – The skin of your penis will begin to hurt if you train too often or too hard. Consider this your warning to back off a bit, especially if your skin is showing signs of chafing.
- Erectile Issues – If you find that you’re not getting as hard as usual or as frequently, you should consider it a warning sign that you’re overworking yourself.
- Discoloration – Bruising and discoloration appear when you accidentally rupture the veins in your penis. You need healthy blood vessels to maintain erections at all, let alone increase their size. Wait until you heal and re-evaluate your routine when you do.
- Urinary Difficulty – If you strain your pelvic floor muscles you might have issues controlling urination. Consider this your signal to take some time off.
- Numbness – A numb penis and a healthy penis go together like oil and water. If you notice that your glans is losing feeling, it may signify that you’ve temporarily damaged your nerves or disrupted blood flow. Stop and take a break until you recover.
Law #5: Warm Up (Literally)
We touched on this in the avoid injury section, but it is such an important point that we’ve also devoted an entire Law to it.
As I said, a proper warm-up routine isn’t just about not doing damage. It’s also integral to enlargement.
So, pamper your penis a bit and prepare it for growth. To do this the right way, choose one of the following and develop a solid habit.
Hot Washcloth
This works well because nearly everyone has a washcloth at home.
You simply wet the cloth with hot water and wait for it to cool just enough not to burn your skin.
Once your cloth is the right temperature, apply it to your penis (wrapping works best) for a few minutes to warm up your member.
The problem with the washcloth method is that they tend to lose heat very fast.
For that reason, you might want to consider some of the other methods on this list.
Heating Pad
A heating pad is a great option for your warm-up routine.
You can find them practically anywhere, they aren’t expensive, and they maintain consistent heat for long periods.
Rice Socks
No doubt you’ve seen these before, as they are commonly used on sore neck muscles and the like.
You can purchase them from many health and beauty stores, or you can make your own using three basic ingredients: rice, a sock, and a microwave.
To do so, simply take the sock and fill it with a few cups of uncooked rice.
Then place the stuffed sock in the microwave and heat it for about a minute.
Once it’s cool enough, wrap it around your wet penis and leave it there for up to 10 minutes.
Heat Lamps
If you already have one (or the budget to get one), you can use an infrared heat lamp for your warm-up routine.
These can penetrate your skin and warm the tissues of your penis much more effectively than other methods.
Of course, you’ll need to take great care not to burn yourself.
Law #6: Track Both Positive and Negative Indicators
In Law #4, I said the two main goals of every enlargement routine were to grow bigger and avoid injury.
For this reason, it is absolutely essential to monitor both positive and negative indicators throughout your entire training regimen.
These indicators aren’t just your gains and losses, however, as you’ll see below.
Penis Enlargement Beginners & Erection Quality
The primary indicator you need to monitor as you exercise your penis is erection quality (EQ).
After all, if your goal is to enlarge your penis, chances are you want to do so for more than just aesthetic purposes.
So, if you manage gains but hurt the overall quality of your erections, what’s the point?
The best way to describe what I mean by erection quality is to consider the following:
- How easily you can get an erection
- The overall hardness of your erections
- How long those erections last
- If you can maintain an erection until you climax
- The length between climax and erection (your refractory period)
Remember, enlarging your penis is about creating micro-tears and then allowing them to heal.
These might be necessary for the process, but they are still a form of injury.
If you monitor your erection quality and find that they are healthy and strong, your routine is probably on the right track.
If you start to see a decline in your EQ, you might be overtraining.
Other Physiological Indicators (PIs)
There are several other indicators that you want to monitor throughout your enlargement routine.
Some are positive, others are negative, and some are neutral.
In the latter case, you mostly just want to continue monitoring the situation to see whether the neutral PI becomes positive or negative.
Examples of positive indicators include:
- A larger flaccid “hang”
- Increased “morning wood”
- Harder erections
- Size increases
- Increased sex drive
Examples of negative indicators include:
- Pain
- Numbness
- Decreased morning wood
- Discoloration
- Loss of size
- Low sex drive
Penis Enlargement Beginners Law #7: Stay Consistent
Another point I hope you’ve gotten from this article is just how important consistency is to the entire enlargement process.
As I mentioned, any person or product that promises you quick and easy results is lying to you.
This is a long game, and the trophy goes to the man who maximizes consistency.
Unfortunately, even if enlargement is particularly important to you, it can be difficult to keep yourself fully motivated at all times.
Moreover, it’s not like enlarging your penis is a full-time, paying job.
You have other stuff to do, and at times, that stuff might interfere with the routine you establish.
However, there are ways to encourage, inspire, or flat out trick yourself into being more consistent.
They include:
End Goal Visualizing
If you’re unhappy with your penis size, girth, erection quality, etc., the best way to keep yourself consistent is to practice end goal visualization.
Think about what you’re working toward: big, healthy erections.
Envision them, and allow your mind to connect the dots on how to get there.
Take the time to do this a few times a week, and you’ll quickly find yourself more inspired to keep with your routine.
Utilize a Calendar
If you’re the kind of person who thrives off of a daily “to-do” list, consider putting your routine on your calendar.
You’d be surprised how easy it is to stick with something when you have a visual instruction to do so.
This will also make it much easier to plan around conflicts that might interrupt your schedule.
Make a Journal
Don’t be afraid to write down your motivations, keep track of your indicators, and generally turn your very personal endeavor into a literal quest.
Some people benefit greatly from this sort of approach. If you suspect you’re one of them, get to work charting your legacy today.
Take Baby Steps
On days where you just don’t seem to have any drive, consider setting a small goal for yourself.
For example, tell yourself you’ll stretch for only 60 seconds then quit if you decide to.
What you’ll find is, more often then not, you’ll go much longer than your initial 60 second target.
Why?
Because getting started is always the hardest part.
PE Beginners Law #8: Cement Your Gains
Growth doesn’t happen overnight.
This is one factor keeping many men from doing something that they could easily benefit from.
The other is the fact that many men don’t know how to “cement their gains.”
You see, enlarging your penis is an ongoing process.
If you stop, take a long break, or skip the proper maintenance, you can lose everything you gain.
Ultimately, human skin and tissue are incredibly elastic.
After all, this is the reason why you’re able to enlarge your penis in the first place!
However, that same elasticity means your penis has the potential to “snap back” into its original shape.
By cementing your enlargement gains, you can keep that from happening.
Below, we’ll take a look at some ways you can do this.
Traction Wrapping
This is the process of using medical wraps to keep your penis elongated for an extended period.
It’s quite simple to do.
You stretch your penis and wrap the shaft up from the base to the glans with an ace bandage.
Do it snugly so that it keeps your penis from retracting, but not so tight that it causes numbness.
Edging / Ballooning
These are two techniques designed to refine the relationship between your orgasms and your erections.
Like most men, you probably consider the one as almost inevitably leading to the other.
However, this should not always be the case, especially if you’re interested in cementing gains.
With ballooning, you will give yourself an erection and then perform kegels to keep it hard.
You’re not going to be masturbating to climax, nor should you achieve the erection by watching porn.
The goal is to keep your penis hard for an extended period, allowing your gains to cement.
In the case of edging, you’re going to get an erection and then bring yourself to the very “edge” of climax.
This encourages your penis to stretch and allows you to use kegels to keep your penis engorged.
Again, you should avoid using pornography to achieve your erection.
Watching porn releases dopamine, which counteracts erection quality over time.
Bed Fowfers
Remember when I said you shouldn’t use extenders while you sleep?
Good, because that is something extremely important for you to remember.
However, if you’re thinking those eight or so hours a night you spend it bed should be utilized in some way, you can try doing bed fowfers.
What you’re going to do is lie in your bed and tuck the head of your penis between your legs.
You’ll then reach around your back, grab your shaft, and pull it tightly through.
Then clamp your legs together and lock your penis is this mildly extended state.
Once your penis is securely in place, you can fall asleep as normal, cementing your gains while you snooze.
Law #9: Maximize Your Penile Aesthetics
While women are technically attracted to penises, they don’t necessarily find them “attractive.”
That is to say, while a naked woman is universally considered the very picture of beauty, our specific anatomical design doesn’t lend itself to quite the same aesthetic.
That’s where grooming comes in.
Luckily, improving the way your penis looks is a surefire way to affect your perceived penis size.
For instance:
Trimming Your Pubic Hair
When your penis is nestled in a bramble of pubic hair, it not only looks like you don’t take care of yourself, but it looks much smaller.
Though this is just an optical illusion, it is still something you need to consider.
After all, you’re maximizing the size of your penis for a reason, right?
By trimming up your genitals, you create the best possible presentation for your intended viewer.
Lose Your “Fat Pad
We all put on a little bit of extra weight from time to time, particularly as we get older.
However, there is actually a direct correlation between your weight and how large your penis appears.
You see, excess weight tends to collect around the midsection in most men.
This can eventually create a “fat pad” – a build-up of fat around the penis.
Think of your fat pad as taking prime penile real estate and turning it into “gut.”
The thicker the pad, the more shaft space will disappear inside it.
In fact, when you start losing weight, you might gain an inch or more of “visual” size.
While this inch was always there, it can go a long way toward improving the aesthetics of your package.
PE Beginner Law #10: Avoid “Shiny New Object Syndrome”
If I had to list the top 10 reasons why beginners fail at penis enlargement…
A condition known as “Shiny New Object Syndrome” would come out on top.
SNOS could be accurately defined as a person’s tendency to chase after a new idea, new goal, or new concept rather than staying focused on what they’re doing currently.
In business, it might be abandoning your current assignment to pursue something that “might” impress your boss.
In a video game, it would be leaving a quest zone because you heard of a potential reward elsewhere.
In penis enlargement, this is starting with an extender, then moving on to a pump, then a hanger, etc. within a short period of time.
SNOS is the fatal mistake of many first-time PE enthusiasts.
It completely ignores the principles we’ve been touting throughout this article, like consistency, slow growth, cementing gains, injury avoidance, etc.
While using an extender for a year and then moving on to a pump might be OK in some cases, simply jumping from one thing to another is not helpful at all.
In the worst-case-scenario, a first-timer might get in over his head with his routine and end up doing some serious damage to his dong.
And because it bears repeating, I’ll reiterate that the symptoms of enlargement injuries range from pain and bruising to size loss to full-on erectile dysfunction.
In the end, the only thing I truly want you to glean from this article is the importance of patience and consistency.
You may have been waiting to get a larger penis or better erections your entire adult life.
But the only way to bring that dream to fruition is to TAKE IT SLOW and BE CONSISTENT.
Penis Enlargement Beginners-Conclusion:
When men hear about penis enlargement, they react in one of three ways.
Due to the sheer number of scam products they’ve been exposed to over the years, many simply write the whole concept off.
Others will do some additional research and make an initial investment in the idea.
They might purchase an extender, start a jelqing routine, and keep it up for a month or two.
However, these men will expect quick, easy gains.
They’ll measure themselves three times a week. When they don’t see progress, the extender ends up in the trash, and they turn back into skeptics.
Then there are those that give the procedure the time and consideration it deserves.
They select their routine wisely. They learn how to measure properly and avoid measuring too often.
They set goals and do everything they can to avoid injury.
They change their diet, and lose weight. They track their progress and cement their gains.
Though there won’t be many of them, this last group of men will be the ones who see results.
Why?
Because, in the end, anyone can enlarge their penis.
However, it will always be something that requires diligence, consistency, and patience – characteristics very few men possess.
Congratulations, you made it to the end of the article!
